Hey guys,

Speaking on behalf of myself and the council, we'd like to announce that Kenshin has since accepted our request for him to become a part of the council.

Unfortunately as you all know as we have to abide by KR's rules, regretably Kane has been moved down to Arbiter. I'd like to point out that this decision was made solely on activity as we couldn't find any other reasonable reason to demote any of my fellow members.

Anyway, hopefully Kenshin will make us all proud so congratulations to him.
