1. Go to http://www.imageshack.us/
2. Click "Choose..." and find your JPEG image and continue
3. Wait for it to upload.

Copy the DIRECT IMAGE LINK and put it up on the forum as example:

[img]DIRECT-IMAGE-URL[/img]

If done correctly you will see an image after you have posted.

or u could use photobucket, either one

u need to sign up for photobucket.. wereas imageshack.us is more user friendly , ( wat aki says is correct)

You could also use flickr. It works pretty well for me.
