Since many people have this problem, I've made a post on the "Mods" forum with the mod I've always used for seeing servers. For those who don't use mods like EternalJK and JA++, which already have server browsing features, it's one single .pk3 file you put into "base" folder to solve the problem without the need to load it from the game menu or anything like that. By default it allows you to switch between different masterlists, and if you want, you can also edit it and set another 2 more custom master servers (not needed, though). I've never had any problem to find KR server on at least one of the lists while using this.

For those who don't use EJK/JA++, KR server's name appears with many dots on it (like "..................KR") instead of "KR-[KR]-Server" (which is what appears on EJK server browser).
