The rule of thumb here I guess is that have the admins, members and visitors forgotten Pleiades enough to let him back?

I said back in March that I'd advocate a ban for at least 6 months.

So I think you should come back in September, give a thought out apology, promise not to cause issues in the future, and then I'd be alright with letting you back in. That's my take on it.
