Look Sidious, we may be one of the easiest clans to get along with on JA. But because we have more patience than some of the other clans, doesnt mean that we are soft and we won't stand up for ourselves.

I want you to think of something. Why do we make rules? I mean, its just a video game, isnt it?
We make rules to ensure that everyone, of all ages, and specially newcomers, can have a fun JA experience. It may be fun to you to go around servers doing whatever you want, but it may be taking away from others in the process. Everyone here, am I correct, has been a newbie at JA, and have been on servers where they treat you like a dumb piece of dog crap.
Like I said, our goal is to provide a fun enviroment for everyone.

Thats why we make rules. And the rules aren't that hard to follow, are they? Just watch the language, be respectful, and don't lame. Big deal. You don't like them, then leave.

my reason for rules is to keep the order within a server and stop it from going wild.. and it brings more people to server meaning i dont like going to servers were i die every 5 seconds cause a guy is ready to lame me..

Past few days after Sid and Mag were banned. Delev has been trying to get more people banned from our server. Another person (Doctor something) asked if he was mumble just like magma and sid. He could be that 'mumble' guy but just trying to get back at sid and mag for something they might have done wrong. Delev has also been reported of spamming tells at people then when the person says 'Stop delev' he lies bout not doing anything.
IMO, I think that Delev should also be on the edge of being banned cause he is the real reason these 2 got banned, and also, almost every day, if someone does something wrong he asks any admin 'Can you ban (name) for (reason)'... We really don't have proof that he isnt mumble... He could be lieing but everyone is starting to take his side on lamers and such...


If I'm wrong on any of these please correct me. This is just what ive noticed for the past few days...

It's not that he lied about it, it's more how he tried to justify what he did. I have far more respect for people who just apologise, and move on. I have less respect for those who try explain why they did wrong- if that makes sense.

Anyway, I have a feeling that this topic isn't getting anywhere and therefore request that no-one else responds to this topic, other then Sidious if he so wishes too. The topic will be locked two days from now, unless of course I or another moderator see's it fit to lock it sooner.

Well i guess i didnt explain myself good enough, its not that im trying to get unbanned anymore, more along the lines of leaving on a good note. the first couple posts i tried explaining myself first and then raven posted the logs, which made evryone think i was such a bad person. What i really want to emphasize is that the reason i said that stuff in pm was for a reason, i said it because i knew that only the other person who was receiving it would understand me so thats why i sent it in pm instead of to everyone. I know i already said this but what i said bout silver was not an insult, had i been trying to insult her i would have said it to her face and i definately would not of said that. when you said *i dont see how its a personal joke as you said it behind her back*, that is the main reason i said it behind her back and all of kr because anyone other than me and mag would have taken it as a serious insult and so i said it in pm thinking that i wouldnt need to explain myself. As for the whole calling delev/mumble a retard, i know its not the best thing to say but is it really worth a ban? I mean after i was silenced i got the message, i didnt say another thing and everything was fine and the only reason i called him that is because im almost positive now that this delev guy is mumble, the same guy who lamed and cussed at me and mag at other servers. Im sry if anyone is really upset with me calling him a retard but it was nicest thing i could say about him at the time, i could have said a hundred different things but i didnt. I tried holding myself back and i thought i did a pretty good job being that i didnt cuss and never even thought about laming. I would really appreciate the view of some of the council members as im still confused about why im banned.

Your Banned for your language towards a KR and non KR member. The comments you said though was a PM is still not allowed on our servers. No matter how you look at what you said it was not right....period. The logs make you look bad cause it was bad what you said Sid. Even if the whole "ni---" thing wasnt that bad for a ban (as I too know people that talk like that BUT I restrain myself on the server at all times cause people dont know that I myself am black and if it was to slip out people would take offense), Even if you thought this delev guy was somebody else (though calling him retard still would be breaking a rule - Insult of a non member), Its what you said about Mel that has nearly everyone againts you. What if that was to slip out on past the PM? You would have been instantly banned right there. The fact that you pm'ed that shows that you tried to say it without her hearing it meaning you tried to talk behind her back which isnt cool anywhere you are. You will be banned Sid for what you said and relative complaints from KR AND non KR members alike. I hope this has made it clear for you.

I have a question about this Delev guy.

I was on KR yesterday infact and someone just said newb and he was really angry and started a war over it and how bad it was...

I basically said to him "no matter what game you go to thats an online game you will allways get that word being used. its not offensive in anyway." I no that KR has a strict policy against this on the word filter though. and i completely am on par with that....but this Delev is going way overboard...
Now its fine if your ok with it of corse. But he really needs to tone it down a little... i actually asked him his age last night and he wouldnt tell me. But he is out to get anyone who is even not doing anything wrong. he will find a reason..there was someone on your server i cant remember hsi name but he said "Damn" and delev was down his throat and out his *** saying that he shouldnt say that. and that kids play here....well sorry but not everyone is rapped up in cotton wool from birth to mature age..

He is really quite annoying at times.

Ino this is probably none of my business but i think he thinks he is doing right by this and getting a kick out of it...its making a few people disconnect. me inclueded sometimes.

Hmmmm.... He seems to be taking after me a bit...but going WAY over the top with it... ok well if i im not getting unbanned its not that big of a deal but i still dont see why what i said in pm is such a big deal. Lets say you and your friend joke around and use the word *Cow* to desribe someone who is making you mad and then you send a letter to your friend thinking that its private and the letter says*your mom is a cow*. The mom gets the letter in the mail and even though its adressed to her son she opens it and tells everyone how bad her sons friend is. well thats how i feel right now. I hope that maybe this will put you in my shoes because im honestly confused about why this has turned into such a big deal.

I really don't understand why this thread is still open. Sidious has already given his argument and it isn't changing. Unless you're trying to lead him into saying something else so he can be shot down again, there's really no point in continuing this conversation. To be honest, this really seems more like a feeding frenzy. Just end it, because tearing him apart is just as dirty as the things he's said and done and there's no point in risking losing dignity. KR was right, Sidious is wrong -- isn't that enough to lock this thread if you're not going to unban him?

As said previously, the ban will not be lifted by my accord. Although for the record, I have 'bumped' this topic in the Council chambers, so the council can review the situation. Sidious, if the verdict changes for whatever reason, you will be notified by PM. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact either myself or another council member.
