I have 2 questions:

1) If a player has saber down and uses "amknockmedown" command to attack someone, can that player be considered armed?

2) If a player has saber down and uses grapple to attack someone, can that player be considered armed?

Both of those = yes. Using any method to attack someone is considered armed, and this player can be a target by the one he attacked until he puts his chatbox up, or opens and closes saber..or after a great deal amount of time after the attack.
