Hey all KR gym buffs,

I have decided to post a gym log to track and share my progress with fellow gym rats on this forum. I will be sure to include lots of wrist curls so strengthen up my poke on JKA.

Stay tuned everyone - We are going to start from Day 1 and go all the way up to Day 90, where I will blossom into a beautiful, buff young butterfly.

Wrist Culs - 3 sets of 8 - 20 kg
Bench - 3 sets of 8 - 100kg
Incline Bench - 3 sets of 8 - 80kg
Dumbbell Flies - 3 sets of 8 - 25kg
Tricep Skull Crushers - 3 sets of 8 - 40kg
Tricep extensions - 3 sets of 8 - 80 kg
