A friend of mine, Senichi (SeN), was greeted to the 'banned' screen when trying to join the KR server today despite never having played on this server. I'm assuming some sort of blanket-ban in his area of Ontario is probably to blame.

His IP is 184.146.2xx.xx (I'll PM the full IP if necessary)

Hopefully we can get this sorted out and we'll be able to drop by the server soon.

Got it and fixed. And yea, must live near an undesirable we don't wish to have on server - I'll try to make that rule a bit smarter.
