Anyone mind telling me what happened or why we're ban on sight? I tried to join the server and found I was already banned.

I don't mind doing this.

Due to the consistent laming and flaming nature of most GoD members that we see on KR, and considering a recent event where several GoD members worked in concert to disrupt the server and annoy the admins - and factoring in that there were higher ranked GoD members on who didn't check the behavior of their clan members lead us to conclude that either: -
1. It was clan initiated and sponsored, or
2. Your leaders have no control over its members.
In that circumstance your clan's actions fitted into the category of a raid, and were treated accordingly. Members of a clan should, by definition, have respect for members of another clan.

Our principle goal is to keep the server fun and safe for guests and KR alike; your fellow members impinged on that too much. It was felt GoD could not be trusted, and for us a ban is simply admin action when there are no admin on. Individual GoD members can request their ban to be lifted.

When the members of KR were alerted to this decision the general consensus was this.

Well, thanks for the response, I'm assuming this has been a recent event since we had multiple KR members at our server just recently, we even had an event with them and nothing of this nature was brought up, though I am not a Council or leader so perhaps the nature of these incidents was only mentioned to them. I myself cannot respond for the actions of the entire clan nor can I assure you that it will not happen again, but I can tell you that the 'raid' was not a clan sponsored event, nor was it condoned.

I'll inform our leaders and council of the recent events and see if we can't reach some sort of agreement, either within the clan or with KR.

Cute. Also, it wasn't just one or two members. It was the clan in general. Almost all of them have given us problems (with the exception of Water, from what I've heard).

i don't think it's fair to say Water has been spreading rumors. he hasn't. he barely speaks of it, from what i've seen. do not try to pass off the poor actions of some of your members onto someone who left your clan of their own accord.

So, why didn't the KR members at our server speak out against this treatment on their own server while they were in ours?

Zabuza, Fraea(I know she just got recently admitted), and cloud were all there, also I was just recently on your server, with ayzarious and cloud, dueling, again, nothing was brought up, later on that night I believe, if not shortly after Godsend and myself were ffa'ing on your server, and no mention was made of it.

Probably because it wasn't until recently we starting having many of your members come on and cause issue after issue.

I'll be the first to say I haven't witnessed much of this, simply because I haven't been on the server as much recently. But I've gotten report after report about GoD members laming, flaming, etc on our server.

By the way, are you trying to get unbanned? Because from that last post I'm unsure of your problem now.

Not a single member of KR came to leadership of GoD about these members, I would like names? Also if you came to Water about anything relating to GoD that was the wrong place to go honestly he didn't have any say in GoD and has been on Admin Probation for the past 2 weeks but still allowed to come back to GoD as council to try and prove he could be trusted again with responsibilities such as admin and etc.

Xfire log from when Waters admin was taken away and he quit. I deleted the thread and put him as GM about 2 weeks ago.

Shake - Was drunk and acting a douche, I just talked to him he said hes sorry and It won't happen again. It was like his first beer type of situation shake is normally a good guy and we were all in shock of his acts that day not just on KR but on GoD server.

Myself parasite was banned from the server a member of GoD, I am admitted to laming and not cooperating with admins, for at the beginning of coming back to the game , I was a wild dog of sort. Now I apologize and realizes my actions were wrong. ( I cannot access the forums i have no idea why, when I trys to connect to them he is denied access). This is my ip 174.50.50.49.

Members like Darksoul should be BoS on every server 2bh. Parasite is not really a problem. Just ban the members that cause issues no need for a BoS. If you want you can give me there names and I will supply the IP's myself.

Parasite was already banned before this action was taken, he will remain so.

From reading your thread on your own forums I am glad to know we made the right choice in our decision - its good that it was confirmed for us there.

When we are attacked we feel no need, or desire, to talk to the leaders of the clan responsible; our actions of banning affect only our own server after all.

The KR members you said visit, which I have no problem with, but they were not all KR members, but impostors wearing our tags. When I personally went on your server to point this out to your members there I was laughed it - it was decidedly unpleasant. Its not bad that you run your clan your way, and us ours - just know that visitors are under an obligation to follow our requirements. Those who cannot will not be tolerated.

As stated previously it doesn't require all GoD members to be involved, only when they act as representatives of their clan in such a manner, will all the clan be treated accordingly.

As also stated these individuals can appeal to have their ban lifted, thus we can trust them enough to not enforce preemptive admin. DarkSoul need not bother to apply.

Finally, Water has at no time mentioned any of this to anyone, despite you believe in his "spreading rumors". Previous to this, during some other run-ins with GoD members he spoke up in their defense, of course his opinion is biased and currently carries no weight with KR policy.

I don't understand why kush has involved me in this, but I know the exact reason, simply because i left GoD and came to KR, hes extremely angry at me cause of this and is trying to spread things about ME and I do not appreciate it, but i will not try to stop it, i expect alot more from a friend of mine, just because i left his clan on a star wars game does not mean he has to treat me like this.

P.S. All those things you have been saying on skype, about me being the reason god is ban on sight because i asked the higher admins. Not true at all, i can't believe you would think that.

Also all I can ask is that you allow members to play on KR that follow rules and ban the ones that don't I will even help with that by supplying any information needed.

again, it was said before, if you want ur own personal ban lifted, please appeal to the council. otherwise this appears to be a sticky situation. i know of a few GoD members that do follow rules and are cool. i expect them to know how to go about lifting their ban. as far as anyone else, it helps us maintain a better and more friendly server envoironment not for us, but our guests. this is our councils decision and it will be accepted regardless of who agrees or disagrees. i hope we can all come to accept and agree upon this.

Just going off what I have heard, and I'm not trying to hurt you at all I just felt I had no choice to share that after being attacked with no way of defending my position.

Also I'm not angry that you left or joined KR, I just find it strange 24 hours after joining KR all of GoD is now BoS and you told Shake to get on KR this morning knowing he would be ban'd and played it off like you had no idea what was going on.

Everything I posted in this thread is the truth I have no reason to lie about anything. I hope you get into KR follow rules and have a great time. Only reason people were slightly mad about you leaving was because of the drama you caused before hand. The admin abuse, the arguments the ruthless trolling and verbal abusive behavior. You might play it off like none of that happened and that's fine but we know what went down.

I never told Fraea she was BoS, I tried to get the attention of council several times, so I was going to leave and tell fraea to give you guys the information after I had left. I was respectful and you came at me all agro and threaten me so I just left. Maybe she gave you the wrong information, all I did was inform KR and Fraea that there was an imposter using her name and KR tags.
