i wouldn't be too concerned. it's just all current projects. i'm sure they did some analysis on the costs of everything going on, and decided there wasn't much of a future in whatever was currently in development. for instance, disney inheriting the last season of the clone wars isn't going to do much for them. why bother wasting money producing the last series of something? there are still promises for most lost content to be released in some other fashion (DVDs, comics, etc...)
most games in development aren't actually made by disney or lucas arts themselves. the rights are licensed out and existing game companies with good reputations do the work. most of those companies have other projects they are working on, and other big games under their belt, so i'm not worried about them.
