This topic will serve as a "roster" for the current map rotation on KR1. Requests for a rotation can also be made here. Once the rotation has been changed, it cannot be changed again for another two months (or tba).

Current map rotation:

vjun3

t1_danger

If you're going to post a suggestion, please post the full rotation. It cannot exceed five maps. No spam, please.

i suggest :

t2_rogue ---> t3_rift
vjun3 ---> mp/duel5 or 6 i know they can cause fps lag, but so does vjun3

I dont realy like rift since its boring,laggy and doesnt realy have a main duel area
as for duel5 laggs terrible and with 6 being just too small wich would be too boring
honestly i dont see vijun3 lagging as much as does duel5

mpduel6 is the yavin one. its huge.. as long as we can take out vjun3 ill be fine, that map tears up my monitor and i have to leave every time it comes on

It's that time again for another rotation change request. Please create a rotation in the order that you think most would enjoy. Remember that a rotation is five maps and must contain mp/ffa3.

Cut about a third of the maps from the last rotation due to people lagging, and we never saw them all >.< These changes will go into effect tomorrow.

@Frog - About your idea:
- ffa1 = It's already on the rotation. Keep it there. Good map.
- Vjun (I guess you mean "vjun3") = Already on the rotation. Keep it there too.
- Rift (I guess you meant "t3_rift") = What a great map. Replace ffa5 with that one and the rotation will be perfect.
- ffa3 = My favorite map, already on rotation, just keep it there!
- ffa2 = This one is bad. That's why it's not in rotation and we should keep it this way.

About the change at all:
Looking at the current rotation, we have:
- ffa3 (best one, most players' favorite map, I love it, keep it there)
- kor2 (not that good, but it has some cool places and is some players' favorite map, keep it there)
- ffa1 (I also love that one, keep it there)
- vjun3 (cool map, also good for kata spam with black sabers :P , keep it there)
- t2_rogue (it causes a lower FPS for a few players, but it's a very cool map, keep it there)
- ffa5 (argh, I hate that map! I would love if you replace it with t3_rift, but many players like it, so keep it there)
- t3_stamp (very good map, and I don't think KR would take the KRON map out of rotation, that would be bad)

My idea would be replacing ffa5 with t3_rift, though it won't be possible as many players like it. So, we actually don't need a change.

Anyways, next map to be added in a next change should really be t3_rift. No doubt. JUST ADD IT! :)

It's too long, you get an ffa going at one end and die, you have to jump/run a 5k to find it again.

What's wrong with t3_rift? :shock: Why can't we just add it? And a hoth map. We don't have a hoth map. We need t3_rift and hoth, but only if you don't remove any map from the rotation, ofc. Our rotation is currently very good. Is it possible?

What can I say? All the maps are good, except that not all of them are fps friendly so far. I love t3_rift but it the bottom part is quite heavy to handle, exactly like in SP version. t2_wedge is the same thing.

Whatever the change is or whenever it happens, I would rather not see the city map anymore, although I see its purpose in having a duel area, but for many, it causes big fps drops and being somewhat of a daytime player I cringe when the map plays. Some days its good, but most days its bad.

That's t2_rogue... and I really like that map, so don't remove it plz :| t3_rift and/or one of the Hoth maps, that's what we need. But, again, don't remove any map plz.

the only hoth map that apparently doesn't have issues is the TFFA/CTF multiplayer one. Apparently
